Media Credentials

To ensure comprehensive coverage and smooth access for all media personnel, the following information outlines the application process for obtaining media credentials

Eligibility:

Media credentials are available to:

  • Professional journalists, reporters, and photographers.
  • Representatives of recognized media outlets (print, broadcast, and online).
  • Bloggers and podcasters affiliated with recognized news organizations or publications.

Application Requirements:

To apply for media credentials, applicants must provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Media Outlet Name
  • Position/Title
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Website URL (if applicable).
  • Brief Description of the Media Outlet (including audience size and reach)
  • Proof of Assignment (a letter or email from a supervisor/editor confirming your assignment to cover the conference)

Application Submission Process:

All applications must be submitted by August 1, 2024. Late applications may not be considered.

Space is limited, so early submission is encouraged.

Review Process and Credential Pickup:

Applications will be reviewed promptly, and applicants will be notified of their status as soon as possible. Approved applicants will receive further instructions, including details on registration, credential pickup, and conference guidelines.

Additional Information:

  • Credentials are non-transferable and must be worn at all times within the conference venue.
  • Media personnel must adhere to all conference guidelines and respect the privacy of attendees.
  • Bloggers and podcasters must be affiliated with a recognized news organization or publication. All media personnel are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
