We are excited to invite dedicated individuals to volunteer for the upcoming Convening General Conference of the Global Methodist Church. By joining our volunteer team, you will play a crucial role in making this significant event a success.

Volunteer Selection Process

Our team leaders will select volunteer members based on relevant skills, experience, and references. Priority will be given to members of the Global Methodist Church, though non-members are also welcome to apply. You may apply for multiple positions to increase your chances of being selected. If chosen, you will have the unique opportunity to attend legislative sessions when not engaged in your volunteer duties.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, food, and hotel (unless otherwise specified). You must arrive in Costa Rica by September 18, 2024, and remain available until the end of the day on September 26, 2024. Departure flights should be scheduled for September 27, 2024, or later.

• Spouses of volunteers are not approved attendees for the conference. Please refer to the "Other Ways to Attend" section for alternative options.
